On 6/21/2026, NOPD quietly changed their police drone policy. Opening a dangerous door to police drone violence in New Orleans.
NOPD have previously assured the public and City Council that these drone will not carry weapons, once more, NOPD has broken the community’s trust and lied about their policies.
